User move / shift from one company to another.

Rainbow shall have the feature of move a specific user (or a set of users) from one Company to another.
In some scenarios, one user will have his jobs attributes shifted from one function to another, and moved between companies.

This is common in Brazilian public sector due to many factors, and can be extended worldwide for any purpose!

In this regard, it is interesting that, when shifting the user, the 'Admin' user could edit his e-mail, as it much probably will be changed due to different domain name (e.g: abc.gov.br to xyz.gov.br).
