Incoming call pop up

Even if the caller is not member of the Rainbow cloud, the incoming call pop offers the choice to send a message which is not an option.
Same, even if the user doesn't have a voice mail, the incoming call pop offers the choice to forward to a not existing voice mail box.
Displaying a pop up which takes care of the real available features for the callee.
So our customers don't ask for the use of those sometime not available features to themselves.
