    Hi,

    Some questions:

    • It's on the sandbox ?
    • did you use the angular Starter kit on github ?

    For more logs if needed:

You put your app ID / Secret in

    ?

    Pascal

    Other question/remark:

appID can't be shared between sandbox and production (same remark for users)

On sandbox, you'll have to generate a specific appID/Secret with the CLI for example

Yes, I have sandbox active. And Yes, it's on Angular 2 starter kit. I have put the these values in initialize() indeed.

I am getting the same error while testing with the help of angular Starter Kit. or the c# desktop

The application is on Sandbox too.

Is there any step I may have missed? Or is there any access restriction.

I am referring to the Documentation only at the moment and could not find anything to resolve this issue

[authService] authenticate failure -- authenticate for login "*Removed*@*removed*.com" failure : Unknown application or wrong token for application id *removed*

    Hi,

    I have followed the guidelines.

I tried creating the test user using the CLI tool but unfortunately get the following error

    Hi,

The user password policy could explain the pb:

    - 8-64 caracters
    - one lower case at least
    - one upper case at least
    - one number at least
    - one special caracter

[authService] authenticate failure -- authenticate for login "*Removed*@*removed*.com" failure : Unknown application or wrong token for application id *removed*

    This error still persists.
