Hello , why do we use XMPP/jingle instead of SIP/SDP for data flows over Rainbow cloud?

  Hi Olivier,

  All the real-time part of Rainbow uses XMPP.

  So to be homogeneous, we use a XEP extension dedicated for managing media sessions between peer XMPP entities which is Jingle.

  But it could interop with SIP. (Internally, offers are based on SDP).
