    Hello Alex,

To use your Business Phone Number, you must use the Rainbow "Any Device" feature!

Can you confirm that you have enabled this option in your Android application?

To activate this feature, go to the "Telephony" settings on your mobile:

Check if the option "Use My Mobile Phone For Business Calls" is enabled:

Using this option, your contacts will see your Business Phone Number for calls made from the Rainbow application.

Let me know if my answer helps you! 😊

    Hello Quentin,

I'm using any device, this number is secondary on my deskphone.

I see that I have a real issue, because I don't have the option you are talking about.

Have a look on the screenshot below, This is what I have when I go on "TELEPHONY".

Thank you for the screenshot. Can you confirm that you have the "AnyDevice" menu using the Web or Desktop application?

Can you also confirm that your Android application is up to date with the Google Play Store?

    Thanks in advance,

    Quentin,

As you can see I don't have my any device showing up on my Deskop application neither.

When I click on this icone this is where I arrive.

Regarding my app on my android phone, version 1.48.2 is running, I'm pretty sure it's up to date.

    Regards,
    Alexandre

    Hello Alexandre,

It seem that "AnyDevice" is not well configure in your PBX. The PBX user needs attached to his desk phone an AnyDevice (Virtual Terminal) on "OXO Connect".

You have to create a new subscriber in your "OXO Connect" and choose AnyDevice type:

Then, associate your desk phone to the new AnyDevice subscriber:

Once this configuration is completed, you should be able to use Rainbow's "AnyDevice" features and display your business phone number when you call from the Rainbow applications.

Please, let me know if this action has fixed your problem.

    Hello Quentin,

I've already done those configs. But anyway, that doesn't work as it should.

Below my any device on my OXO:

Don't you think it could be on OXO config issue?

    Thank you for your help.
    Alexandre

    Hello Alexandre,

Thanks for your confirmation. I checked our database and your PBX seems to be in version R2.2 017.001. Can you update it?

You need at least version R2.2 033.001 of "OXO Connect" to use "AnyDevice" feature in Rainbow.

Your problem probably comes from that.
