Possibility to change ring sound for the Rainbow client (WebRTC)
We have some customers in a noisy environment, and now we miss calls because we can’t hear that we are called.
It would be helpful if we have the possibility to change the ring sound to the possible ring sound we have on the mobile phone.
So for this kind of situations it a must to have this possibility, other we cannot use this solutions when we have a noisy environment
We have the same issue.
Yesterday I tested Rainbow in combination with WebRTC-Gateway.
Google ÜbersetzerEspecially on Android phones but also on iPhone you can hardly hear incoming calls.The "Rainbow-ring-tone" is very quiet and I have found no way to turn it louderIf the phone is in a noisy environment or the user has the phone in his jacket pocket, you will not be able to hear the call.
As a result, calls are missed and not answered.
Therefore in my opinion not usable in these situations at the moment!
