    It is possible that he is not connected to Rainbow, so you can not call him.

    Hello Ahmed...we also had a very similar issue where a number of our customer's OXOs just disconnected from the Rainbow server. It turns out each of these customers had the OXO DNS programmed to the customer's private DNS address. It appears there were some changes in some of the Rainbow servers IP address which do not automatically update in the customer's DNS server.

    In order to solve the issue, we either had to reset the customer's DNS so it updated with the new Rainbow server IP addresses or we changed the DNS address in the OXO to the Google DNS address 8.8.8.8. This fixed our issues and all the OXOs reconnected with the Rainbow server and all our call icons reappeared.
