[sandbox] Cannot send or receive messages from bubbles in sandbox

Hi

I'm using the Web Sandbox Rainbow interface (https://web-sandbox.openrainbow.com)

This morning I tried to send or receive messages from bubbles for my company, but it doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

1) Open two Chrome incognito browser sessions, login to web-sandbox.openrainbow.com with different credentials of users on the same company

2) Create a bubble and add the two users

3) from any of the two user sessions, send a message to the bubble. Message is not received by any of the bubble users

Any idea of what it is?

  Hi Jorge,

   

  It's a known problem on the Sandbox.  The support team and server team are trying to fix this on the sandbox.

  Thanks, BTW, is this the right forum to post this kind of support requests regarding the sandbox, or should be done in some other way?
