Adding Office 365 Presence fails
Hi,
When checking the "Calendar Information" option in settings, I get the Office 365 login page as expected and need to grant access to Rainbow, which I do.
After a few seconds I get the screen that says "Oops, something went wrong". In the URL of the page I can read this: status = failed, error = subscription failed for <my email address> with response 401.
All other people in my company have successfully synchronized their Office 365 calendar with Rainbow.
I've been into my Office 365 account and deleted the Rainbow permissions and started again, but to no avail. I've tried using Chrome and Firefox and even Incognito mode, just to be sure, but no change.
Thanks for any help,
Steven

Hi Steven,
I just had a look at the ticket 20519. I see that it has been solved.
For other users who could have the same issue, I recap the issue and the solution you found to solve it!
When user authenticates with Office 365, Rainbow application asks for user information from account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com and gets the email address back to access calendar, not the Office 365 credentials.
If the Office 365 login account and the email address are different, user cannot successfully synchronize his/her Office 365 calendar with Rainbow.
The Office 365 login account and the email account must be identical.
Best regards
Nathalie
