OXE Desk sharing user not able to call telephony via rainbow .
the other users in the PBX are able to make the call., only this particular user is not able to make the call
the other users are able to make the call .
DSU is not yet supported with Rainbow. I recommend that you regularly consult our NEWS & UPDATES section of this Help Center to be informed of the availability of new features. You can also check the Feature List & White List article which is updated for each version and will also inform you about the compatibility of DSUs with Rainbow.
