search engine giving user the possibility to find a name in a company

To help people from our main customer find, via Search/Call bar, other colleagues from other companies, it will be nice to find a name in a company.

It could be done via just typing "string1 string2" and Rainbow looking for the name=string1 in company=string2, or something like "nome=Name companhia=CompanyName".

After this, based in avatar or other details, the user may click/tap over the user it might want to contact, and interact with him.

Some people from one of our customers raised this type of request/demand, to facilitate a user finding in another entity - as they are part of a much large 'organization'...
