Voice over IP only over WLAN on Smartdevice

Dear Rainbow team, could you please add an additional function into Rainbow mobile device. It should be possible to choose only Wifi connections for voice over IP calls.  Cause today not everybody has unlimited traffic on his gsm and not everywhere you have good LTE connection. Today you can enable this feature and rainbow uses both wifi or LTE. No option to choose and fix it generally in the options.

    This would be very nice to have, a lot of our people go to countries where there is 1. a very poor mobile connection or 2. they use there mobile data from home and that cost a fortune. From our tests the app seem to favor the mobile connection over the wifi connection.
