REX creation on OXE not working straight away
RéponduHello, I am running OXE R12.1 (patch 21.a) and each time we create a REX user and associate it to a Rainbow member, it does not appear to give the Rainbow user the VoIP option straight away. We either have to manage a 17 digit random number beginning with digit '1' (EG. 12345678909876543) and then under USERS > Remote Extension and then restart RAINBOWAGENT or WebRTC gateway or both. Then afterwards the VoIP option is visible in iPhone or PC rainbow app.
Does anyone else have such issues? Is patch 21.a not really an ideal patch for Rainbow?

Hi Nilesh,
If you speak about REX standalone configuration (the user has only a REX and no main deskphone) then what you describe is documented into the TC2462 chapter 4.1.2.2 Single device profile at point c:
But I can already announce that this configuration will no longer be necessary in a future version.
In case you speak about a Mutli device configuration (Deskphone + REX) then please open a support ticket (you can consult the article How can I get support in Rainbow?)
