Switch Camera (Front / Rear) when Making an Audio/Video Call Using Web or Desktop Application

Some end users are equipped with windows Tablets possessing 2 cameras, 1 facing the user, the other in the back of the screen (like for smartphones).

There is no control within Rainbow client that would allow an user to swtich from rear camera to front camera. Use case would be to broadcast a video of anything relevant to contacts (in bubble or 1to1 conversation).
