no sound between Rainbow and deskphone
Hello, Voice communications between Rainbow software and an internal telephone extension does not work. The phone rings but we have no sound? The webrtc is working properly. Thanks for your help.
According to the description given, the issue seems to be in the SIP configuration between the PBX and the WebRTC Gateway or a firewall issue.
