    I agree that this is an issue. I have had clients that use the OXO in key system mode that have had to stop using Rainbow because of all of the missed call notifications. Even in our office I had to remove myself from the hunt group.

    I see this is a year old - we are new to Rainbow and agree this is an important enhancement - even better if it can show which extension/user picked up the call
