Share Files with Multiple Users Directly when Uploading

Hello,

could you please enable the ability to share a file from  pc with several user's and or bubble's...?

Today it is possible to do so with cloud storage but not with local storage. Guess that would be very helpful for sharing files on the pc with a bigger distributor.
