Windows 10 Application Unable to See/Configure Audio/Video Devices

When using the Rainbow App on a Windows 10 Laptop I am told when trying to set Audio and Video Devices...

"Unfortunately, no Communication Device were found"

their Grammar not mine!

But if I connect on the same laptop using the web app within Chrome I can set my communication devices - Audio and Video

  Have found that as soon as I connect headphones Audio and Video become available! but I was hoping to use the laptop speakers and Mic - obviously not an option!
