Telephony services currently not available
With one rainbow user i have the problem that the phone in the top right of the rainbow application is off-hook and showing the message “telephone services are currently not available”.
the user worked fine before :
Licences are ok , business subscription ok and the user is linked to a remote Extension nr ?

Hello Gert I am currently experiencing the same issue. My Rainbow PC app says Telephony Services are Unavailable but my iPhone app is fine. Other members of our company are also fine. I have logged out of Rainbow and back in. I have also started my PC the issue is still there.
