Mass Provisioning and German Umlaut in Names

Hello Community,

If we try to import users with template we cannot import users, if names preresent for example names like Müller or Hüsler. Import of the template failed. We have to change in Mueller or Huesler then it works.

Workaround ; no german umlaut like ü ö ä, import from template and change it in rainbow directly. Any changes planned for this behaviour.? Thank you very much for feedback..

  Hello Daniel,

  This configuration should already work if you save your CSV file in UTF8 format.

  Can you confirm that it works with the right format?

  I can confirm it works if CSV is saved in UTF8 format.
