I have installed the business partner Rainbow incl. Outlook extension. (new server, new PC workstations) After the Outlook start the Rainbow window remains "gray". The add-in is started. This affects all PC workstations. Virus protection / firewall everything switched off once -> no success. Is not Rainbow compatible with Office 2019? That would be a thing! MfG M. Klotke
