Incoming calls via API

Hello,

I would have a hook on an incoming call in order to get a contact from my CRM ?

Does this hook exist or not ? If not, there is a workaround ?

  All SDK (with some little exception) allow this.

  Generally, developer has n idea of the SDK he wants to use and read the related documentation to know what is possible to do. We have a lot o documentation available here:
