Limit Search Results to Only Show Members of My Company

There is a post from 2 years ago that addresses this issue, https://support.openrainbow.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000707170 , but the solution that was provided is no longer an available option. 

This needs to be an Admin level setting that could be enabled to prevent search results from showing users that are not members of their company, rather than leaving each individual user responsible for filtering their own search results.

  I think the filtering rule (company members, public directory etc.) was a very useful feature.

  Many of our customers wants to have the old filtering option back...
