Can't Login to Web Official

Hai Rainbow Support,

There is an account that we have in the company can't log in to Rainbow in Rainbow Web official. When we try to log in that account into the Rainbow Web, this error show in the browser console:

WebSocket connection to 'wss://openrainbow.com/websocket?x-rainbow-client=web_osx&x-rainbow-client-version=1.62.2&x-rainbow-xmpp-dom=openrainbow.com' failed: Data frame received after close
_connect @ rainbow.min.js:1181

Please advice
