not getting incoming call notification while application is inactive in legacy(or) pbx call in IOS SDk 1.62

Hai,

Iam an Ios Developer, iam using rainbow 1.62 version of Rainbow SDK.

when app is inactive iam not getting incoming call notification in pbx call.

Please Advice Me what should be done.
