Audio meesage file not working in iOS

when i make voice message from desktop rainbow app to my app i am getting in mp4 audio formate file not working.
when i make voice message from mobile rainbow app to my app i am getting in m4a formate audio file working.

Using Rainbow Sdk version 1.64

getting error from sdk:

[FileSharingService:357] Parsing data error The file “CachesvocalMessage_05-11-2019_190628.mp4” couldn’t be opened because there is no such file.

i am using following code to get files:
