Rainbow is showing messages and call history with DST time

Hello

I am facing a situation where Rainbow is showing message and call history time as DST.

The country is Brazil. Until last year, Brazil had DST starting on October. But this year we do not have DST anymore due to a government decision. But Rainbow is running on DST.

Where does Rainbow get time from?

Is there a way I can change time by myself?

  This situation happens with Windows application. With my Android smartphone the time is normal.
