How can i apply for Chinese region sandbox platform account

    I want to development&test in china area, if i use Singapore‘s sandbox account, in my program, the event callback very slowly, so i want to use Chinese region sandbox account, but i apply for this account, the Chinese website response is failed, i want to know how can i gain Chinese sandbox account, thanks
