On the former Opentouch Conference solution, after each conference the organizer received an email with a report of the calls participating on the meeting. This Conference report is very important to control the expenses as well as trace the different calls in case someone had any connection problem.
Also the expense amount is a big concern on several customers, and on Opentouch they could set a threshold amount to be notified when the consumption reaches such value. Even there is a flat rate option most of customers have sporadic usage, so they prefer pay-per-use, but having control on the expense!!
