Allow selecting multiple contacts when inviting them to my network

When inviting people to my network, a dialog opens that allows me to search for contacts. When I search them by company name, I normally get a list of contacts suggested. As I often want to add two or more, I can only select one at a time. For inviting the next one, I have to redo the search. As this takes some time, adding contacts soon gets boring...

I would like to suggest a multi-selection feature as known from other platforms, e.g. by pressing the CTRL-KEY when selecting them by mouse. But I think it would already help if the search results would not disappear after making a selection.
