The synchronization of attribute from Business directory contacts to Rainbow Recents

The Rainbow client can be Search contacts from  Business directory. The database of contacts in Business directoy has more attributes as name, email, company, department linked to  phone number
If exist some record of contacts in Business directory and his  name is synchonized with record in Recents, after it is  good soluition.
But why only name and not possible other next attributes as  company, department, email ?
If the synchronization process working betwen two parts in database of Rainbow user, I mean Business directory and Recents, why such  little limitation  only for attribute name ?
