Rainbow install failed on Win10

Hi, 

I'm used the Rainbow on my win10 for a long time without issue. But same days ago it popup to required to upgrade and the upgrade is failed with error.

Also the old version Rainbow is uninstalled yet.

Then I download the client Rainbow_Installer.exe and try again, the result is:

1,Install the Windows client by double click on Rainbow_Installer.exe, the error is:

 

2, I also tried with "Run as administrator", but another error is:
