Using a CPaaS application, is there any option to launch a call from a remote client?

Example to try to clarify:

I'm user A connected on Rainbow web interface.

I have a CPaaS application that is able to launch "makeCall" for my user, but this call is actually launched from the web interface.

  Hi,

  It's not defined, perhaps the WebSDK, or if needed some kind of backend with NodeJS.
