Do not stop a conference in progress if one of the initiators of the conference comes out

When an organizer starts a conference and is joined by participants, the conference normally takes place.

But if this organizer leaves the conference, the conference stops for all participants.

The conference should not stop in this case and continue for the participants who are still in the conference.
