Lost dial-out 0 with hot-key dialling

When dialling through hot-key it used to automatically connect the call to the dial-out line with the additional leading 0 - this is no longer working with the latest update, so the number dialled loses the starting 0.

It hasn't affected numbers with the + in front though.

    I cannot confirm this. With me the choice works as before.

    Used version Desktop Win : 2.76.4
