when trying to make a phone call using pc I get the error webrtcwarning saying that there are no available media, check camera and microphone. I have unistalled and installed several times, I have checked that the app has access to microphone and i can do the audio tests with both mi headphones and internal mic and speakers but there is no way to fix it. So now i can not receive or make calls on my pc, only on mobile with android app. Atfer thta error raibow gets with busy icon and i have to restart it. any clue ?

  Do you have the problem with the web interface or only on the desktop application ?

  desktop application, when trying to call or when i recevie calls I get this message with the microphone, i do not use web interface. in mobile works fine. this is not the fist time i have thios problem but usually a fix it restarting app or checking again audio, now it is imposible to fix, when i take the call i get always that message.

  Hello
  One of our customers has the same problem. The users of this company use Microsoft Surface Laptop on Windows 10.

  It works with web interface but not with the desktop version.

  We opened a case at ALE

  Hi again, we found the solution to our problem.

  In Parameters menu of Windows 10 / Confidentiality / Microphone / Activated

  And the sound works again.
