Is it possible to delete a account how is not part of our company

Hello,

We have a few users who have created their accounts without going through our invitation link to join the company.

What is the procedure for deleting their accounts?

  Hello,

  An EC admin can only delete user account from his own company.

  If these users are not members of a company yet (they are in Rainbow default company), you can invite them to join your company from company admin view > Members tab, Invite button.

  Or they can open a ticket to Rainbow support team to delete their Rainbow account.
