    Good Morning Cynthia, not sure if you have been able to resolve this question yet? Before you can begin to use your Rainbow application as an extension of your phone system, a few things need to be set up. Your Alcatel phone system must be 'paired' with your company Rainbow account, you must also have a WebRTC gateway configured in your network and finally, you must have a Rainbow Business subscription to use the advanced telephony features. If you are able to confirm that your Alcatel-Lucent partner has set these things up for you, I would be happy to explain how to program your Rainbow application to receive the calls.
