iPhone - change how I make/ receive calls

Hi,

I'm a brand new Rainbow user needing some assistance to use the iPhone app. 

Issue: On the Windows Desktop app, I can change how I "Make and Receive Calls" by toggling between my Office Phone, Computer or Mobile phone.

Question: How do I achieve the same thing in the iPhone app? In other words if I am out of the office and I want to answer all incoming calls on my iPhone Mobile phone (including incoming calls on the Office Phone), can I make this change within the iPhone app or is it only possible on the Desktop app?

  Hi,

  If you are logged with the same account on ur iphone app and on your desktop one, they are normally ringing together.

  U have Rainbow licence (business or enterprise) right ?

  Hello,

  In computer mode, all your connected devices will ring.

  You can change your routing profile on mobile apps too, by clicking on your Avatar, then Telephony: "Activate VoIP for business calls" is the same as "Computer - Internet calls" mode from desktop app
