My customer using iPAD for working outside of visiting patients at home.
They use iPAD OS 14.3 with Rainbow 1.82(Enterprise). In these recent days, they encountered the following problems on Rainbow;
1) Missing Notification
Number of notifications were not appeared until they opened the RB.
2) Missing notification.
No sounds and no notification.
3) When they send a message and they have noticed it was sent, but receiver has not received it yet.
They feel notification works fine under WiFi environment because they have not encountered the same situation in their office where they use WiFi. Outside office, they will use 4G/3G data network.= Not 100% sure it did not happen.
(They are using same 4G/3G data service more than 2 years.)
Do you have any advice for solving this situation? ( iPAD setting ? RB setting, 4G change.)
= I know some places are with narrow bandwidth, but probably other SNS can reach.
