Add a second administrator on a rainbow channel

Hello,

I'm not able to add an administrator to my channel. This is really not practical to invite other user to a specific channel and manage it.

If I leave the company, I can't allow an other person to take the management of the channel, the channel will be deleted...

  This a necessary change that should be implemented in rainbow.
