Issue to log in Rainbow users via Teams connected with Rainbow
Hello!
Today, between 9.00h and 9:30h (UTC/GMT +1 hour) several Rainbow users in Barcelona-Spain have not been able to login their Rainbow session.
Of course we sign in our Rainbow sessions every day perfectly except today in the indicated time slot.
We use Teams connected with Rainbow, and the reported error was (translated from local language) : "you don't have any account associated with your telephonic system. Therefore you can't use Rainbow Telephony application for Microsoft Teams to manage your telephonic calls.

The issue has been detected for 30 minutes, and after this all the users have retrieved the lost service, all at once.
Please do you have any explanation for this issue? Do you know any similar problem today in Spain?
