Mute (audio off) in Lenovo Notebook after 5 minutes

Hello, I was using a Acer notebook with Windows 10 and Rainbow web and perfect audio and video calls, but after change to Lenovo E14 with same Windows 10 (same HD) the audio calls is muted (audio off/loss) after next 5 minutes and I need call off and call againg. The problem occour in web and instaled version. All drivers was updated. Anyone had same problem ?
