Caller party still ringing

Since the last update .93 from my windows desktop APP, when I'm calling another Rainbow user that is working from home,I'm staying in ringing state and the called party receives the call and answers but the call is never is a connect state.

When I'm doing the operation with 2 Rainbow users at work this is working perfectly.

We did not change anything on the network/internet access.

Have you recently experienced the same issue
