No Message Counter and Messages with only one Hook

Hi,

we have the Problem that some Users can't see the Message/Notification Counter, the Notification Banner is active but only for some seconds after that if you have the App in the Background you can't see any Message/Missed Calls Counter. This is what the Recipient see.

The Sender only see one Hook in the Chat. Sometimes the Recipient needs to open the Chat of the Sender. The Chats loads all Messages and they have automatically the Blue double hooks.

We have this Problem with more then 10-12 Users maybe more. First time we noticed that was 2-3 weeks ago.

Do someone else have the same Problems?
