Company Invites - Need more explanation
We have observed the at email sent to invite a user to Rainbow does not make clear what they need to do if they already have an account. The link in the email is just the Web client URL. Most users think they just click on that link, and maybe log in (if they are not already).
There is no notice that they need to go find and accept the invitation in Contacts within the client.
It took us some time to realize this since (1) we use Import, not Invite; (2) we only Invite when a user has independently created a Rainbow account with their corporate email - we didn't really know what all that looked like from their end. Users needed additional explanation, since the email reads like it's a one-click solution.
