Position of the notification toaster

Hello,

I would like to have an option to move the toaster to another corner and/or on another monitor.
Because all apps present their notifications in the bottom right corner of the primary monitor which causes overlapping as hell. 
For example IP Desktop Softphone which causes the problem that the call can't be taken using the toaser.
