Hi,

Headset plantronic button don't take the call on Mac OS 12.3 and rainbow 2.100.16. Same headset work perfectly on windows 10.

  Currently, we are running on the latest version of Rainbow 2.118.3.

  If you are facing the same issue with the MAC device. Please create a service request with our support team with required details.
