Rainbow status in Windows task bar

Good morning, my client has the Rainbow Logo in blue on the Windows task bar, and he asks me what that status indicates.
I can't find related information, can you tell me

  Hello,

  it appears when:

  - the user has a Desktop app + Rainbow app active on mobile,

  - the user doens't make any action on the PC for more than about two minutes, so that the desktop application goes on idle state ('connected on mobile'),

  ==> the logo switches automatically in blue. It's not so easy to check this status: the task bar, or even the systray, can be hidden. The logo turns green again as soon as you reactivate the screen (move the mouse for example)
