Problem with Rainbow Teams integration

A colleague always has problems at answering a call with Rainbow.

When she clicks on the green headset symbol, always this happened see picture.

the plug-in Version is the newest 2.9.2.

Any Idea?

  Hi Stefan,

  Good day.

  Currently, We have the latest version of the Teams connector v2 running with 2.10.0. Upgrade to the latest version and check the behavior of the issue.

  Soon a new version of Teams connector V3 will be released into production. 

  If you have a the same issue with latest version please reach Rainbow support team.
